Discussions will cover the current range of threats affecting Finland’s and Sweden’s security; local perceptions of these threats; and the nature and appropriateness of each country’s policy response. By deliberate choice, most of the 15 or so speakers will be women selected from Finnish and Swedish political, governmental and academic circles.
